You mean tensions between the ruling classes of the two regimes. How often does the BBC ask about the relations between the ruling classes and the backs of everyone else who produces for them?

Seems like another case of the political vs. the business interests. Like I have always said the business class do no always see eye to eye with the interests of the politicians. The business class is staunchly pro-China but the government has its troubles certain policy measures.
