Could someone tell me why my TV is making this screen? I am using a Comcast box and it popped up for no reason and is stuck there.

What do you mean by that? Its not a real parental lock the one for comcast looks different than that and I am pretty sure it is not the tv doing it. All that happened was I changed the channel and it did that and it wont move and I cannot go to cancel or put the digits in there if it was a lock which its not.

You should find out the exact name of the TV and google the problem.
