Hola mis camaradas, ste son un buen da para una revolucin
I am trying to find out as much about La Poderosa as I can. I know she was a Norton 500cc but which year and what type of modifications was made prior to Ches trip it any. I know that she was not new so she must have been made prior to 1956. I would also like to find out more about the moped he undertook his first trip on.
Thanks

She was a Norton 81500, 500cc 16H. Year 1938 .. however, I'm looking for more information myself. I even signed up to a Norton owners club, but no one gave me good information. I'm building up a site on Che's trip and I can't find really good info about it. Anyways... that is what I know, if anyone else knows something, please let me know too.

In the biogrophie of che, written bij Jean cormier, there is a chapter deticated to "La Poderosa".
It says that the Pederosa II was a 500cc Norton which was bought bij Alberto. It wasn't a new model but a used one...it also describes a couple accidendts with the Poderosa. During one of these accidents the frame of the bike got broken, also the brakes and the axle didn't work very wel...
that's what I know about it...I hope Its usefully to you but most of the information you'd probably know;)
