I am busy reading Nelson Mandelas Autobiography 'Long walk to freedom'' and it mentions the M-Plan or Mandela plan that the ANC used to communicate with some of it's members who were banned.
It only gives a brief description of what the M-Plan is so can anybody here explain it further?
