Talking about VA? Yeah, hes a scumbag. We've been trying to lobby against it (http://www2.timesdispatch.com/rtd/news/state_regional/state_regional_govtpolitics/article/JOBS10_20100109-222808/316569/), but I doubt it will have any signifcant effect. What is critical to note is that Tim Kaine drafted a set of proposed cuts, and McDonnell of course said "that's not enough" and deepened them. They were both to blame, since Kaine obviously knew that would happen - if he were pro-working class, he should have proposed no cuts in order to lessen what McDonnell could pull off.
