Translation: Democrats just about kill the one, the ONLY remaining worthwhile provision of their health care "reform" agenda. For adults over 19, anyway.

Just when you think it can't get any worse...

The Democrats find a way to make it worse? That sounds fairly standard to me.

Kids under 19 will still be protected. Oh, and we're mandated to buy health insurance.

This is fucking bollocks.

You know a reform is bad when not reforming at all is debatably the better alternative. Almost makes you wish they hadn't bothered in the first place, and wasted all our times and taxpayer money.

what a silly way to "provide" health insurance to people by making it law to purchase the insurance yourself.

its the same over here, but at least here its reasonably affordable, the state gives subsidies for lower income groups and essential stuff like abortion isnt excluded for ideological reasons.

here you can get even an fine for not being insured
