There is none. The best thing one can do is to learn multiple languages and read from multiple media agencies in different languages, that's the only way one could see both sides of the story.
Don't expect English language sites to represent the view of the other side accurately.

It's hard to really cover all the individual sources yourself (especially if you are monolingual or even bilingual). I suggest having a few blogs to "fall back on" in an attempt to keep up.
juancole.com seems to be good for keeping track of the middle east.
rebelreports.com is Jeremy Schahill's site. He links to his articles published everywhere and is good for keeping up with contractor activities, black ops, things like that. He also has a seemingly good list of blogs up on the site.
Hope that helps somewhat.

Some ones that I like to look at are:
http://english.aljazeera.net/
http://www.democracynow.org/
http://infoshop.org (down?)
http://boston.indymedia.org/ (or any indymedia)
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ (sometimes)
http://therealnews.com/t2/
all of those are the fairest news I can come up with but RedStarOverChina really hit the nail on the head, everything has it's bias, even hard news. Writers chose what and what not to include in an article, how to portray it, whats "good" and "bad", and wording. Be universal and independent with your news but most importantly question your source and make up your own mind.

why would you not want a bias, though?
Aside from the fact that unbiased news is impossible, even if that was your sincere attempt, why would you not want to get your news from a source that bases itself on the standpoint of the international working class and oppressed peoples of the world? Papers like Socialist Worker and my own organization's paper, Justice, make no secret of who they stand for.

Honestly, I would trust it a lot more if they did admit it was an opinion piece, at least I know I'm not being straight up lied to from the get-go.

Exactly. It's like asking why you wouldn't want a news source biased against mass murder and serial rapists. Even "mainstream" news sources wouldn't dare claim that they are giving "fair and balanced" reporting to the mass murderer's and serial rapist's points of view.
Anyway, where I go for news currently:

Bias =/= 'opinion piece.' Bias is just a way of presenting facts. Like, "Those greedy union slugs are on strike again" versus "workers are in a dispute at X Factory" versus "workers are on strike at X Factory after having refused a contract that would cut their pay by 10 percent, and we should support them because..."

Napoleon made a neat sentece about the subject of bias:
"To write history one must be more than a man, since the author who holds the pen of this great justiciary should be free from all pre-occupation of interest, or of vanity".
