I'm writing an alternate history for World War two, but I'm stuck on the specifics of having Churchill impeached. The Westminster system is really complex, and I don't understand it. could someone help me make a realistic vote of no confidence for Churchill?

I suggest you examine the occassions when it has occured in the past. The first of such was the failure of the government in the successful prosecution of the American War of Independence; Lord North resigned. Though perhaps you would be better examining a modern example, such as the collapse of Callaghan's government after a vote of no confidence which was carried by a single vote.
To get a feel for it, the atmosphere and the style of language, etc, then take a look at the relevent entry in hansard, which you can read here:
