I really want to get mount&blade. Or as I like to call it: Mountainblade.

that game is fun for awhile, but the repetitiveness gets kind of old. i usually just try to form bandit kingdoms.

The mod is "Fire arrow : turn into an inferno" btw
If you select 'son/daughter of an impoverished noble' in character creation, you can create a custom banner.
I really want to get mount&blade. Or as I like to call it: Mountainblade. You can download it and it's demo until level 6, and then you can purchase a CD key.
Emphasis on "purchase".

You can form bandit kingdoms eh? I might have to purchase one of these CD keys. They really need to make a feudal MMORPG where all the knights, bourgeois, clergy, heretics etc are players and they accumulate serfs and gold instead of experience points. And all the towns/countries are player run. All those "multiplayer" RPG's suck ass because the most profitable model turned out to be essentially single player, human vs. CPU games with a co-operative element.
I kind of laughed at "fuck you, Marx" but you know, Marx and Engels sympathized with medieval communists, and didn't blame them for using religious ideologies.

Duh.
Although i downloaded mount&blade when it had just been released, it hadn't got to the market yet, it was a DIY game by a small turkish company.

Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses! not some fantastical aquatic ceremony where some watery tart lobs a sword at you! (i did this from memory so some of it may be off)
