The critics about SACRIFICIO:
"One would think that Che Guevara, especially his assassination in
Bolivia,
would be an exhausted topic by now. Think again. Gandini and Saleh go so
much further than most journalists or film and videomakers ever do in this
fine model of investigative documentary. They push interviewees, whom they
track down in several countries, into corners. The most notable example is
the French leftie icon of the late 60s and early 70s, philosopher Regis
Debray, who was in Bolivia to do an interview with Guevara at the time of
the Argentinian-born revolutionarys death. They shed light, a lot of
light,
on the case in a manic style that echoes the actual process of hardcore
journalism."

"And if you call in the next 15 minutes we'll throw in a Che Guevara T-Shirt at no extra cost! That's right, call in the next 15 minutes and this fine T-shirt, valued at $29.95, can be yours for absolutely nothing! An incredible deal!
But wait! There's more! If you use your credit card, we'll give you a beret, just like the one Che wore, for free! That’s correct, if you call in the next 15 minutes, and use your credit card, you'll not only get a great valued video but also a Che Guevara T-shirt and Che beret all for three easy payments of $7.70!
This is the deal of a lifetime, so call now!
While stocks last!"

You should try and see it.
If you've heard of Ciro Bustos, the man who supposedly betrayed Che, it centres around him. He lives in Sweden, and has a very big nose.
But he seems like a cool guy, and apparently was used as a scapegoat by the Cuban government, Larissa told me that he is strongly hated over there.
This documentry does a very good job in displaying him as innocent, and Reggie Debray defintiely appears guilty on camera.
There is also interviews with the Bolivian guy in charge of capturing Che, and Felix Rodrigeuz, the Cuban who worked for the CIA and spoke to Che just before his execution. The actual executioner of Che is also in the film, but he wanted a lot of money for an on camera interview, so there is just the old "camera in the bag" trick footage of him refusing their offer.
