We all know what they do, we all have seen the thousands of videos recorded by amateurs who used a phone cam. We all seen them talking to cops. I am talking about the so called anarchists who are undercover cops that cause mayhem in the REAL anarchist's protests. How can someone tell the difference? We probably can't. What are we supposed to do? These anarchist-dressed cops even arrest members of the protest when they outnumber them.

I would imagine there are tactics to identify who's going to turn up beforehand with secret codes and hand things, I don't know too much about it in fairness, black blocs have been effective in limited circumstances though, I know that much and it would be nice to see more autonomous self-defence in such an ordered and organised way.

Maybe you could try a kind of 'open secret' like some graffiti scrawled on the wall which people have to react to in a certain way, I don't know, then maybe you could identify and physically attack those agent provocateurs.

Thanks for the reply. I must have mistyped what I really wanted to get out from my paragraph. REAL Anarchists may smash windows, banks and other buildings/objects which are owned by the goverment. What I really meant is that there are those cops who do go undercover to cause 'Mayhem' by doing something that the Anarchists' plan do not contain. I know many of these cops that they start being violent long before the real anarchists do. I have seen an Anti-racist meeting of Anarchists in a central square here in Athens, and these undercover bastards started ruining it by hitting their own people(Cops). I know that Anarchists may have a plan to start a riot after a protest, but these cops do start the riot long before. I can give an example. There was a students' protest one year ago, and the anarchists have chosen to wait until the student protest is over to start the riot. The undercover cops started the riot long before the schedule of the real Anarchists. That ruined both the plan of students for a peaceful protest and the plan of anarchists.
