Let me first say that this was not written by me, but rather written by a friend of mine who has been putting his part into the Communist movement far more longer years than than the majority of us have I'm sure, & I feel, as we continue to advance ourselves in a better understanding & more logical way of change, that his new ideal that he has brought forth would be a great way of analyzing, debating, & constructing as we make our way towards the future. This is kind of long, but goes by fast in my opinion for he brings forth a great new way of thinking that can relate to us all. I will admit that I do not support everything he says in this, though I've come to agree on a lot of things brought forth as well. So give it a read & let's start talking:

A new communist party view has been needed for a long
time and that's why there is a need for a "Communist Feminist"
party, it express's what many women have said about the
past "communist parties" and assures that that will not
happen in our communist party, a communist feminist
party with feminist ideals.

They became activists. They joined the marches, the demonstrations, the campaigns, the underground groups, the militant left. In the groups or organizations they joined, they discovered that they were just as much a second sex as in the society they wanted to overturn. As socialism, true socialism, establish eseconomic equality among all peoples, the feminist movement learned it had to establish equality between the sexes by taking power away from the ruling class within the movement, that is, from men. Put another way: once inside the class struggle, women understood that the class struggle did not eliminate the sex struggle. It's at that point that I myself became aware of what I have just said. Before that I was convinced that equality of the sexes can only be possible once capitalism is destroyed and therefore -- and it's this "therefore"which is the fallacy -- we must first fight the class struggle. It is true that equality of the sexes is impossible under capitalism. If all women work as much as men, what will happen to those institutions on which capitalism depends, such institutions as churches, marriage,armies, and the millions of factories, shops, stores, etc.. which are dependent on piece work, part-time work. and cheap labor? But it is not true that a socialist revolution necessarily establishes sexual equality. Just look at Soviet Russia or Czechoslovakia, where (even if we are willing to call those countries "socialist", which I am not)there is a profound confusion between emancipation of the proletariat and emancipation of women. Somehow, the proletariat always end up being made up of men. The patriarchal values have remained intact there as well as here. And that -- this consciousness among women that the class struggle does not embody the sex struggle -- is what is new. Yet most women in the struggle know that now. That's the greatest achievement of the feminist movement. It's one which will alter history in the years to come."

Our political platform represents our sentiments for a fair and just government. It is based on logic and social justice, our party excepts constructive criticism and invites any and all critics to read our Socialistic Constitution Ideals. Our political platform supports all the goals of our socialistic constitution. Our political candidates will promote these goals regardless of the nation our candidates are running for office in. We know that most so-called democracies in the world are corrupted by money and capitalist politicians but, they will not change our political positions on the goals of our political platform. Our political platform stands alone as our ideological base, we know that all of our political goals are possible even in today's capitalist based societies. We uphold true democracy to accomplish our goals, the just social goals we want cannot be accomplished by undemocratic politicians or fake democracies. Our political platform and our social justice goals are meant to benefit the majority of the people which is exactly why we uphold a true democracy to accomplish our goals. Our political platform goals are not a dream or wishful thinking, our goals are possible to accomplish in a true democracy. Our political platform supports both the concepts controlled capitalism and socialistic nationalization.
The Validity of a Communist "Feminist" Political Party
Many communists have asked me why I support a political ideology that is feminist orientated. They claim that there is no need for that in areal communist party because the communists already support womens rights and social justice for them. They also claim it divides communists to have a communist party specifically labeled as communist feminists. I do not agree with those reasons and, I try to point out many reasons why there is a real need for a communist feminist political party.
One of those reasons is cultural feminism theory that was started about 100 years ago but, it's reasoning has a much older history than that. Basically it was a theory that said women and men both have different social attributes inherited by nature.These attributes, or, social traits,
are genetically passed down to every female and are closely linked to female maternal traits. The maternal genetic social traits include nurturing traits. It is these social traits that cultural feminists recognize as different then the genetic social traits of males. A female human is more compassionate and empathetic by nature and cultural feminists have claimed that those social traits make women a better choice then males to have as government leaders.Thousands of years of patriarchies and male domination of most of the world's governments has lead to war after war after war.Cultural feminists see the humanitarian need for women to be empowered in the worlds governments to alleviate the cycle of war that male patriarchies continue to put upon humanity. Cultural feminists have more reasons to empower women in government than the traditional reasons given in Marxist and socialist/communist teachings about female equality and social justice. Socialistic feminism as well as cultural feminism are my reasons to support feminism in my communist ideology.The scientific proofs that support cultural feminism are fact today.behavioral scientists have verified genetic female traits in genetic science. Those genetic traits include social traits that are now being compiled in genetic sex trait differences. The arguments against the validity of cultural feminist theory no longer have a valid argument because of the scientific genetic research and evidence that has already been compiled in biological science. That evidence does justify what Jane Addams originally theorized about the female sex being"better" politicians for the benefit of humanity.
I have thought about how the patriarchal Soviet Union and Communist China has treat edit's communist feminists during the past century, how women and feminist issues have been sidelined and demeaned by the typical dogma centered communist parties and their male leadership. The traditional communists have never taken cultural feminist theory as a part of their womens fight for social justice. I believe it is totally necessary to identify our communist party as a feminist and communist party, not just a communist party because those who have used the communist party label in the past did not take real feminist values or cultural feminist theory seriously, our MLMF political platform does.
The communist party of China today is another good example of the sidelined communist feminist agenda. They have corrupted their communist government with male elitist capitalist communists. The history of a continued male patriarchal dominance of the communist party in China and the bureaucratic corruption that capitalism has caused in the male dominated top leadership are some of our issues against the now ruling single party government in China. Our MLMF party challenge's China to have a real communist democracy and allow our type of feminist political party to compete in elections and run for political office in a real democratic communist government of China.
MLMF Political Platform Ideals
MLMF Communists do not support dogma communist ideology, we believe communists need to be more progressive and critical of communism. We respect the contributed communist history of Marx, Lenin, and Mao,their achievements and failures have contributing to the evolution of modern communist ideology and helped us form our Communist Feminist ideology. The continuing evolution of communist ideology has changed and will continue to change into the future, MLMF will also continue to perfect it's communist feminist ideology with self criticism. Our communist feminist ideology involves utilizing controlled capitalism instead of trying to eliminate it. Capitalism does have some good aspects to it when you consider human nature. Greed and insecurity are part of human nature, people have generally accepted capitalism because it satisfies those detrimental characteristics of human nature. A communist utopia cannot even be thought of in realistic possibility terms at this time in human history, those who believe that are just fooling themselves and having wishful thinking about human development. Many Communist factions demean all capitalism without proposing a viable alternative. We believe that capitalism's "status-quo" must be changed and it also needs to be totally controlled by the government instead of the government being totally controlled by the capitalists as it is today. Capitalism today creates social class and elitism, humanity needs to evolve before all social class and it's by-product of elitism is eliminated. Our proposed socialistic based constitution will provide a working viable plan for countries to follow. Socialism itself will help humanity evolve and that is our main concern, installing socialism in a government and controlling and regulating capitalism. Fighting social class and elitism will always be a ongoing priority of our platform and our political party. Patriarchy and it's effects on Communist governments and political parties have been overlooked or minimized as a priority issue in most of the communist parties today. The Soviet Union sidelined it's Communist Feminist concerns and issues, China has done the same thing by not addressing patriarchal issues in the communist government.
Real Democracy is what our party wants and believes in, there is no nation in the world today that has a real democracy. The real enemy of a real democracy are the elitist capitalists. They don't want the people to have a real democracy because they know that none of the current pro capitalist political parties in the world today would ever get a majority vote. True democracies would be beneficial for all the people and would usher in many Left political parties including MLMF Communists. It would be the pro-capitalist parties that would lose most elections most of the time in a real democracy.
A nations constitution should be written to promote socialistic ideals such as free health care, free college & higher education and a social welfare program that considers mothers & her children the most important part of society. Our nations government will totally support all mothers financially and emotionally, this will be accomplished with social programs designed for mothers and children. Every woman will have the constitutional right to stay home with her children if she decides to do so, the government will totally finance the mother as caregiver & homemaker. Married couples and single parents will also be supported in this program for it's beneficial effect on all the children. Free quality health care for all the citizens will be provided by the government utilizing a single payer system, maintained and insured by the government. The health care coverage by the government will be a compete overall program that will cover everything from birth to retirement communities for the citizens. People with special needs will also be covered by the government and all services of health care will be given at no cost to the citizen. Daycare services will also be provided by the government for the parents. The Daycare Centers will be run by the government with workers schooled and certified in child care, the workers ( caregivers) will be certified by the government.
Below is a rough draft of our idealistic socialist constitution.

A SOCIALIST BASED CONSTITUTION SUPPORTING A REAL DEMOCRACY
A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT DEMOCRACY--- Reasons for this type of government are many, one of which is the ability to handle multiple political parties in the government. Americas type of 2 party system of government is unfair and in no way can be called a fair democracy. In America they mandate that only 2 political parties can run the nation and these 2 political parties are both pro-capitalist political parties. This insures that the capitalists will always govern either as Republicans or Democrats. America's system of money lobbying and money politics means that any viable political party have at least as much money as the other parties to run in elections. This type of unfair,undemocratic, money oriented politics is corrupting and, influential in letting pro-capitalist political parties to always receive the most money for their campaigns. It also allows the capitalists to "own" the politician by buying unfair influence in congress, a NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD will insure that all political parties get equal representation in the election process.
-------------------- SOCIALIST CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES --------------------------
MOTHERS AND CHILDRENS AGENCY (MCA) This agency will coordinate all social programs designed specifically for mothers and children.They will be in charge of all the nations daycare centers and certify all daycare workers. They will coordinate all the financial and educational support programs for both working and stay at home mothers. Child protection laws will also be enforced by this national agency. This agency will administer all financial support to both parents both male and female caregivers. The child caregiver will be given the same aid mothers receive, males and females that are the primary caregiver regardless if they are mothers or not. The custodial parent that stays home with children will be allowed financial compensation from the government to mandate a minimum income of families with children. One parent will be advised to stay home and NOT work in the private sector during the time of infants up to 5 years of age. The stay at home parent or care giver of infant will also be subsidized to maintain a minimum income of the family up to the age of 5 years old. Daycare centers operated by the government will supply free child daycare for infants and children up to16 years of age.
The NATIONALIZATION of the ENERGY industries,the HEALTH CARE industry, the DAYCARE industry and the CONSTRUCTION industry will be written into the constitution. These industries need to be nationalized for the economic & socialistic benefit of all the people. Private sector capitalism in these industries can exist but, they will be regulated by the government.
STATE COLLEGE& UNIVERSITIES will be added to public schooling to provide a complete education system that will be completely funded by the government. The government will also pay private institutions of higher education for the student. The citizen will have a constitutional right to free education their entire life.
PRIVATE PROPERTY &ownership of real estate will be allowed by the constitution. The government will have the constitutional right to purchase private property and real estate under the constitutions eminent domain laws which, will also involve eminent domain for economic development.
A NATIONAL CENTRAL PLANNING AGENCY (NCPA) will also be written into the constitution, it will utilize Architects, Engineers, and a nationalized construction workforce of Tradesmen to design, build, and maintain the nations infrastructure and state/national building projects.
These projects would include building residential housing, public schools and colleges along with the task of city design and infrastructure maintenance. This agency will also design and build the national industry construction projects for the nationalized Energy and Health care industries.
This agency will insure that no ghettos and slums will exist, it will set forth design plans for every city in the nation to accomplish this task. The cities basic planning will be outlined by this agency to insure conformity in infrastructure and overall aesthetic design.
It will also insure that private capitalist developers/investors will not control the housing market to manipulate real estate prices. This agency will oversee and enforce modern building codes and energy efficient designs throughout the nation. These modern building codes will also eliminate cheap construction methods and sub-standard construction, it will also insure a decent standard for residential housing designs. Sub standard housing such as trailers and trailer courts ( as are in the U.S.A.) would be illegal as residential housing. The constitution will guarantee all citizens affordable decent housing.
A NATIONAL WORKERS UNION (NWU), will be written into the constitution and overseen and enforced by the government to regulate all wages for all citizens and workers of the nation. This will insure that every worker in the nation will have a union and paid a real living wage, every job will be represented for private sector workers and government employees. This will insure that no capitalist exploitation of workers will exist. This national union agency will allow all jobs, trades, and careers to be represented in separate union organizations under the umbrella of the the NWU. The agency will work closely with each trade organization in collective bargaining over worker issues.
The NATIONAL ENERGY INDUSTRY (NEI), will invest into energy efficient GREEN designs to produce energy, WIND-HYDRO-SOLAR energy will be utilized to produce most of the nations energy. This will be a policy written into the constitution.
BANKING& LENDING AGENCY ( BLA) will regulate and enforce regulations with limits on charges, interest, etc., the maximum interest rate allowable will be no more than 5% annually. Credit Card companies will be limited to this maximum interest rate of 5% APR. Home Loans will be limited to5% APR - rates may become lower but never higher than 5% APR
A CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK - Government owned and regulated bank will be established and overseen by the BLA, it will regulate all capital in the nation. Private banks will also be legal and regulated by the BLA
THE MARKET OVERSEE AGENCY (MOA) will have a whole NEW set of rules to control deceptive manipulation practices that now take place worldwide in all the stock markets. Broker & Other fees fees will be regulated by this agency as well as writing and enforcing MORAL ÐICAL stock market practices.
"NEB" --A NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD WILL PROVIDE A REAL DEMOCRACY by the elimination of money and personalities from the election process. Personalities should be eliminated in politics because it has nothing to do with politics and can corrupt the political process. This can be accomplished by allowing the government to control the election process and providing access to all political parties to participate. Personalities can be controlled by providing ballots which would have each political party candidate to provide a short outline of their political platform and what political policies they promote. The constitution should mandate that the governing government must comprise equal numbers of men and women in its government. ( see note below on EQUAL ) All advertising for political candidates would be strictly and fairly controlled by a government election board comprised of all political parties. The election board would outlaw all private promotions/advertising and be responsible for providing the citizens with policy information on all candidates and setup formal debates between all candidates. Personalities should also be eliminated and/or minimized in the debates set up by the election board. Sexism and personalities can corrupt the election process and the need for an election board controlling these negative aspects is necessary to promote a fair democracy.The private sector media will be regulated against monopolies and, government mandates will enforce guidelines for media content to children. A NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD will be written into the constitution to insure a real and fair democracy.
NOTE: EQUAL refers to the amount of females compared to males in the governments political structure--the NEB will try to maintain a equal number of candidates in proportion to gender by demanding political parties to have equal amounts of gender in their political party candidates to select from, it is not a exact science because it will be impossible to know the outcome of any election based on gender, however, the government can disallow a political party to participate if that political party does not have near the number of viable political candidates to run in a given period of time. The NEB will decide if a political party has gender bias to it by looking at their field of candidates over a period of years. The NEB can disqualify parties that are gender bias and that party will have the right to appeal their decision.
FREEDOM OF RELIGION WITH A SEPARATION OF FAITH (church) AND STATE CLAUSE written into the constitution.
A FREE PRESS - The constitution will state the "RIGHT TO FREE A PRESS".
GMC- Government Media Center -The government will produce it's own educational media or, "public media" without the influence of sponsors and/or political ideology. A government media center will be stipulated in the constitution justifying it's existence and need for. The GMC will have the job of producing un-bias political essays on all viable political candidates, the GMC will have representatives of each political party overseeing and helping in the production of these essays. The political candidates essays will be shown on television by state media and copies will be released for print to the private sector media. The GMC will have full control on the candidates allowable election advertising in the private sector . This is extremely necessary to ensure a fair true democracy. Limit guidelines for all maximum advertising for political parties will be enforced. The content of advertising propaganda for candidate will be strictly enforced by th GMC.
THE NATIONS MILITARY will have 2 missions, one is to defend the nation from hostile aggression, the second mission will be to build infrastructure, schools, hospitals, and help agriculture in other nations around the world.
THE MILITARY force will consist of expanded construction battalions and engineering forces which, will work with the NCPA and its national construction work force (civilian), to carry out their mission of humanitarian aid and development of poorer nations.
THE MILITARY BUDGET will be keep in check by divided the military budget evenly between its two missions, 50% for defense & 50% for it's humanitarian aid mission to other nations of the world.
PROSTITUTION& PORNOGRAPHY LAWS will be written into the constitution to outlaw all prostitution and set regulations on what is acceptable pornography.The pornography laws will be set only after a national debate and referendum on the subject, the debate will start within 6 months after the establishment of the government. Prostitution laws will make the client the criminal and the prostitute the victim. Prostitutes will NOT be charged with a crime or have a criminal record, upon agreement from them to participate in a government program to help them. This program will supply monetary & emotional support with housing, relocation,and, education for prostitutes to move into another career. The clients of prostitutes will be criminalized and sent to court for public sentencing. They will also have help from a government sponsored mental health organization to help them with their criminal activity of either violating porn or prostitution laws.
DRUG LAWS WILL ELIMINATE BLACK MARKET PROFITS AND REDUCE CRIME, The constitution will have drug toleration laws written into the constitution. Some "soft"drugs will be legalized, such as marijuana and hashish. The hardcore drugs such as cocaine and heroin will be legalized but, only through a Doctors prescription. Drug addicts of hardcore drugs will be allowed to continue their use without resorting to crime. The criminal drug dealers will not be able to make a profit thereby reducing all crime now associated with the illegal drug trade. Continued supervision by doctors will also be a great heath advantage to those addicted to hardcore drugs.
THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL and NATIONAL LEGAL ADVOCATE AGENCY (NLAA) will be written into the constitution. It will provide FREE "QUALITY" legal aid to all citizens. The agency will provide both private sector attorneys and government attorneys to the accused at no cost. They will also provide attorneys to those accused who want to represent themselves in court, as a legal aid to them.
A UNIVERSAL MARRIAGE LAW will be written into the constitution. It will recognize couples of any sex to marry any other sex, male & female,female & female, male & male, will all be officially recognized by the national government as a legally married couple. Only couples will be allowed to marry, the state will outlaw having more than one mate in the marriage.
CAPITALIST COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS LAWS will change the current International Copyright Agreements and, Intellectual Property Rights. The current laws are exploitative and detrimental to the advancement of technologies, they also add excessive costs to consumer products and medicine /health care. They capitalistically exploit the market with un-warranted profits given to them under the current International agreements. The new laws will be democratically ratified with a national referendum on these issues, the referendum will have both points of views on these issues and the people will decide which laws to ratify. The referendum should take place within 1-2 years after this constitution is enacted.The "Status Quo" should be retained until the referendum, as not to upset the economy too drastically during the initial transition to a socialistic constitution.
REFERENDUMS WILL BE PUT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR VOTE. Some politically controversial issues will be brought to the overall population to decide their validity. The two issues below will be decided by referendum votes, the public will be educated on both sides of each issue before the referendum vote.
STATE OWNED GAMBLING --note: ( no private sector gambling will be legal )
CITIZENS RIGHT TO HAVE GUNS -note: ( types of guns and for what use )
This draft covers all the important main elements that a socialistic constitution would cover. Additional laws and regulations will be voted on for the continuing concept of social justice.These are the basic elements that a socialistic constitution would provide for all it's citizens. Private sector capitalism will flourish in many industries and companies. The constitution will ensure the socialistic rights and needs of the citizens and private sector capitalists. The capitalists will be regulated by limitations written into the constitution.Additional legislation and laws will also limit the ability of private sector capitalists to exploit and corrupt the intentions of our socialistic constitution. The Validity of a Communist "Feminist" Political Party
Many communists have asked me why I support a political ideology that is feminist orientated. They claim that there is no need for that in areal communist party because the communists already support womens rights and social justice for them. They also claim it divides communists to have a communist party specifically labeled as communist feminists. I do not agree with those reasons and, I try to point out many reasons why there is a real need for a communist feminist political party.
One of those reasons is cultural feminism theory that was started about 100 years ago but, it's reasoning has a much older history than that. Basically it was a theory that said women and men both have different social attributes inherited by nature.These attributes, or, social traits,
are genetically passed down to every female and are closely linked to female maternal traits. The maternal genetic social traits include nurturing traits. It is these social traits that cultural feminists recognize as different then the genetic social traits of males. A female human is more compassionate and empathetic by nature and cultural feminists have claimed that those social traits make women a better choice then males to have as government leaders.Thousands of years of patriarchies and male domination of most of the world's governments has lead to war after war after war.Cultural feminists see the humanitarian need for women to be empowered in the worlds governments to alleviate the cycle of war that male patriarchies continue to put upon humanity. Cultural feminists have more reasons to empower women in government than the traditional reasons given in Marxist and socialist/communist teachings about female equality and social justice. Socialistic feminism as well as cultural feminism are my reasons to support feminism in my communist ideology.The scientific proofs that support cultural feminism are fact today.behavioral scientists have verified genetic female traits in genetic science. Those genetic traits include social traits that are now being compiled in genetic sex trait differences. The arguments against the validity of cultural feminist theory no longer have a valid argument because of the scientific genetic research and evidence that has already been compiled in biological science. That evidence does justify what Jane Addams originally theorized about the female sex being"better" politicians for the benefit of humanity.
I have thought about how the patriarchal Soviet Union and Communist China has treat edit's communist feminists during the past century, how women and feminist issues have been sidelined and demeaned by the typical dogma centered communist parties and their male leadership. The traditional communists have never taken cultural feminist theory as a part of their womens fight for social justice. I believe it is totally necessary to identify our communist party as a feminist and communist party, not just a communist party because those who have used the communist party label in the past did not take real feminist values or cultural feminist theory seriously, our MLMF political platform does.
The communist party of China today is another good example of the sidelined communist feminist agenda. They have corrupted their communist government with male elitist capitalist communists. The history of a continued male patriarchal dominance of the communist party in China and the bureaucratic corruption that capitalism has caused in the male dominated top leadership are some of our issues against the now ruling single party government in China. Our MLMF party challenge's China to have a real communist democracy and allow our type of feminist political party to compete in elections and run for political office in a real democratic communist government of China.

MLMF Communists do not support dogma communist ideology, we believe communists need to be more progressive and critical of communism. We respect the contributed communist history of Marx, Lenin, and Mao,their achievements and failures have contributing to the evolution of modern communist ideology and helped us form our Communist Feminist ideology. The continuing evolution of communist ideology has changed and will continue to change into the future, MLMF will also continue to perfect it's communist feminist ideology with self criticism. Our communist feminist ideology involves utilizing controlled capitalism instead of trying to eliminate it. Capitalism does have some good aspects to it when you consider human nature. Greed and insecurity are part of human nature, people have generally accepted capitalism because it satisfies those detrimental characteristics of human nature. A communist utopia cannot even be thought of in realistic possibility terms at this time in human history, those who believe that are just fooling themselves and having wishful thinking about human development. Many Communist factions demean all capitalism without proposing a viable alternative. We believe that capitalism's "status-quo" must be changed and it also needs to be totally controlled by the government instead of the government being totally controlled by the capitalists as it is today. Capitalism today creates social class and elitism, humanity needs to evolve before all social class and it's by-product of elitism is eliminated. Our proposed socialistic based constitution will provide a working viable plan for countries to follow. Socialism itself will help humanity evolve and that is our main concern, installing socialism in a government and controlling and regulating capitalism. Fighting social class and elitism will always be a ongoing priority of our platform and our political party. Patriarchy and it's effects on Communist governments and political parties have been overlooked or minimized as a priority issue in most of the communist parties today. The Soviet Union sidelined it's Communist Feminist concerns and issues, China has done the same thing by not addressing patriarchal issues in the communist government.
Real Democracy is what our party wants and believes in, there is no nation in the world today that has a real democracy. The real enemy of a real democracy are the elitist capitalists. They don't want the people to have a real democracy because they know that none of the current pro capitalist political parties in the world today would ever get a majority vote. True democracies would be beneficial for all the people and would usher in many Left political parties including MLMF Communists. It would be the pro-capitalist parties that would lose most elections most of the time in a real democracy.
A nations constitution should be written to promote socialistic ideals such as free health care, free college & higher education and a social welfare program that considers mothers & her children the most important part of society. Our nations government will totally support all mothers financially and emotionally, this will be accomplished with social programs designed for mothers and children. Every woman will have the constitutional right to stay home with her children if she decides to do so, the government will totally finance the mother as caregiver & homemaker. Married couples and single parents will also be supported in this program for it's beneficial effect on all the children. Free quality health care for all the citizens will be provided by the government utilizing a single payer system, maintained and insured by the government. The health care coverage by the government will be a compete overall program that will cover everything from birth to retirement communities for the citizens. People with special needs will also be covered by the government and all services of health care will be given at no cost to the citizen. Daycare services will also be provided by the government for the parents. The Daycare Centers will be run by the government with workers schooled and certified in child care, the workers ( caregivers) will be certified by the government.

A SOCIALIST BASED CONSTITUTION SUPPORTING A REAL DEMOCRACY
A PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT DEMOCRACY--- Reasons for this type of government are many, one of which is the ability to handle multiple political parties in the government. Americas type of 2 party system of government is unfair and in no way can be called a fair democracy. In America they mandate that only 2 political parties can run the nation and these 2 political parties are both pro-capitalist political parties. This insures that the capitalists will always govern either as Republicans or Democrats. America's system of money lobbying and money politics means that any viable political party have at least as much money as the other parties to run in elections. This type of unfair,undemocratic, money oriented politics is corrupting and, influential in letting pro-capitalist political parties to always receive the most money for their campaigns. It also allows the capitalists to "own" the politician by buying unfair influence in congress, a NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD will insure that all political parties get equal representation in the election process.

MOTHERS AND CHILDRENS AGENCY (MCA) This agency will coordinate all social programs designed specifically for mothers and children.They will be in charge of all the nations daycare centers and certify all daycare workers. They will coordinate all the financial and educational support programs for both working and stay at home mothers. Child protection laws will also be enforced by this national agency. This agency will administer all financial support to both parents both male and female caregivers. The child caregiver will be given the same aid mothers receive, males and females that are the primary caregiver regardless if they are mothers or not. The custodial parent that stays home with children will be allowed financial compensation from the government to mandate a minimum income of families with children. One parent will be advised to stay home and NOT work in the private sector during the time of infants up to 5 years of age. The stay at home parent or care giver of infant will also be subsidized to maintain a minimum income of the family up to the age of 5 years old. Daycare centers operated by the government will supply free child daycare for infants and children up to16 years of age.
The NATIONALIZATION of the ENERGY industries,the HEALTH CARE industry, the DAYCARE industry and the CONSTRUCTION industry will be written into the constitution. These industries need to be nationalized for the economic & socialistic benefit of all the people. Private sector capitalism in these industries can exist but, they will be regulated by the government.
STATE COLLEGE& UNIVERSITIES will be added to public schooling to provide a complete education system that will be completely funded by the government. The government will also pay private institutions of higher education for the student. The citizen will have a constitutional right to free education their entire life.
PRIVATE PROPERTY &ownership of real estate will be allowed by the constitution. The government will have the constitutional right to purchase private property and real estate under the constitutions eminent domain laws which, will also involve eminent domain for economic development.
A NATIONAL CENTRAL PLANNING AGENCY (NCPA) will also be written into the constitution, it will utilize Architects, Engineers, and a nationalized construction workforce of Tradesmen to design, build, and maintain the nations infrastructure and state/national building projects.
These projects would include building residential housing, public schools and colleges along with the task of city design and infrastructure maintenance. This agency will also design and build the national industry construction projects for the nationalized Energy and Health care industries.
This agency will insure that no ghettos and slums will exist, it will set forth design plans for every city in the nation to accomplish this task. The cities basic planning will be outlined by this agency to insure conformity in infrastructure and overall aesthetic design.
It will also insure that private capitalist developers/investors will not control the housing market to manipulate real estate prices. This agency will oversee and enforce modern building codes and energy efficient designs throughout the nation. These modern building codes will also eliminate cheap construction methods and sub-standard construction, it will also insure a decent standard for residential housing designs. Sub standard housing such as trailers and trailer courts ( as are in the U.S.A.) would be illegal as residential housing. The constitution will guarantee all citizens affordable decent housing.
A NATIONAL WORKERS UNION (NWU), will be written into the constitution and overseen and enforced by the government to regulate all wages for all citizens and workers of the nation. This will insure that every worker in the nation will have a union and paid a real living wage, every job will be represented for private sector workers and government employees. This will insure that no capitalist exploitation of workers will exist. This national union agency will allow all jobs, trades, and careers to be represented in separate union organizations under the umbrella of the the NWU. The agency will work closely with each trade organization in collective bargaining over worker issues.
The NATIONAL ENERGY INDUSTRY (NEI), will invest into energy efficient GREEN designs to produce energy, WIND-HYDRO-SOLAR energy will be utilized to produce most of the nations energy. This will be a policy written into the constitution.
BANKING& LENDING AGENCY ( BLA) will regulate and enforce regulations with limits on charges, interest, etc., the maximum interest rate allowable will be no more than 5% annually. Credit Card companies will be limited to this maximum interest rate of 5% APR. Home Loans will be limited to5% APR - rates may become lower but never higher than 5% APR
A CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK - Government owned and regulated bank will be established and overseen by the BLA, it will regulate all capital in the nation. Private banks will also be legal and regulated by the BLA
THE MARKET OVERSEE AGENCY (MOA) will have a whole NEW set of rules to control deceptive manipulation practices that now take place worldwide in all the stock markets. Broker & Other fees fees will be regulated by this agency as well as writing and enforcing MORAL ÐICAL stock market practices.
"NEB" --A NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD WILL PROVIDE A REAL DEMOCRACY by the elimination of money and personalities from the election process. Personalities should be eliminated in politics because it has nothing to do with politics and can corrupt the political process. This can be accomplished by allowing the government to control the election process and providing access to all political parties to participate. Personalities can be controlled by providing ballots which would have each political party candidate to provide a short outline of their political platform and what political policies they promote. The constitution should mandate that the governing government must comprise equal numbers of men and women in its government. ( see note below on EQUAL ) All advertising for political candidates would be strictly and fairly controlled by a government election board comprised of all political parties. The election board would outlaw all private promotions/advertising and be responsible for providing the citizens with policy information on all candidates and setup formal debates between all candidates. Personalities should also be eliminated and/or minimized in the debates set up by the election board. Sexism and personalities can corrupt the election process and the need for an election board controlling these negative aspects is necessary to promote a fair democracy.The private sector media will be regulated against monopolies and, government mandates will enforce guidelines for media content to children. A NATIONAL ELECTION BOARD will be written into the constitution to insure a real and fair democracy.
NOTE: EQUAL refers to the amount of females compared to males in the governments political structure--the NEB will try to maintain a equal number of candidates in proportion to gender by demanding political parties to have equal amounts of gender in their political party candidates to select from, it is not a exact science because it will be impossible to know the outcome of any election based on gender, however, the government can disallow a political party to participate if that political party does not have near the number of viable political candidates to run in a given period of time. The NEB will decide if a political party has gender bias to it by looking at their field of candidates over a period of years. The NEB can disqualify parties that are gender bias and that party will have the right to appeal their decision.
FREEDOM OF RELIGION WITH A SEPARATION OF FAITH (church) AND STATE CLAUSE written into the constitution.
A FREE PRESS - The constitution will state the "RIGHT TO FREE A PRESS".
GMC- Government Media Center -The government will produce it's own educational media or, "public media" without the influence of sponsors and/or political ideology. A government media center will be stipulated in the constitution justifying it's existence and need for. The GMC will have the job of producing un-bias political essays on all viable political candidates, the GMC will have representatives of each political party overseeing and helping in the production of these essays. The political candidates essays will be shown on television by state media and copies will be released for print to the private sector media. The GMC will have full control on the candidates allowable election advertising in the private sector . This is extremely necessary to ensure a fair true democracy. Limit guidelines for all maximum advertising for political parties will be enforced. The content of advertising propaganda for candidate will be strictly enforced by th GMC.
THE NATIONS MILITARY will have 2 missions, one is to defend the nation from hostile aggression, the second mission will be to build infrastructure, schools, hospitals, and help agriculture in other nations around the world.
THE MILITARY force will consist of expanded construction battalions and engineering forces which, will work with the NCPA and its national construction work force (civilian), to carry out their mission of humanitarian aid and development of poorer nations.
THE MILITARY BUDGET will be keep in check by divided the military budget evenly between its two missions, 50% for defense & 50% for it's humanitarian aid mission to other nations of the world.
PROSTITUTION& PORNOGRAPHY LAWS will be written into the constitution to outlaw all prostitution and set regulations on what is acceptable pornography.The pornography laws will be set only after a national debate and referendum on the subject, the debate will start within 6 months after the establishment of the government. Prostitution laws will make the client the criminal and the prostitute the victim. Prostitutes will NOT be charged with a crime or have a criminal record, upon agreement from them to participate in a government program to help them. This program will supply monetary & emotional support with housing, relocation,and, education for prostitutes to move into another career. The clients of prostitutes will be criminalized and sent to court for public sentencing. They will also have help from a government sponsored mental health organization to help them with their criminal activity of either violating porn or prostitution laws.
DRUG LAWS WILL ELIMINATE BLACK MARKET PROFITS AND REDUCE CRIME, The constitution will have drug toleration laws written into the constitution. Some "soft"drugs will be legalized, such as marijuana and hashish. The hardcore drugs such as cocaine and heroin will be legalized but, only through a Doctors prescription. Drug addicts of hardcore drugs will be allowed to continue their use without resorting to crime. The criminal drug dealers will not be able to make a profit thereby reducing all crime now associated with the illegal drug trade. Continued supervision by doctors will also be a great heath advantage to those addicted to hardcore drugs.
THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL and NATIONAL LEGAL ADVOCATE AGENCY (NLAA) will be written into the constitution. It will provide FREE "QUALITY" legal aid to all citizens. The agency will provide both private sector attorneys and government attorneys to the accused at no cost. They will also provide attorneys to those accused who want to represent themselves in court, as a legal aid to them.
A UNIVERSAL MARRIAGE LAW will be written into the constitution. It will recognize couples of any sex to marry any other sex, male & female,female & female, male & male, will all be officially recognized by the national government as a legally married couple. Only couples will be allowed to marry, the state will outlaw having more than one mate in the marriage.
CAPITALIST COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS LAWS will change the current International Copyright Agreements and, Intellectual Property Rights. The current laws are exploitative and detrimental to the advancement of technologies, they also add excessive costs to consumer products and medicine /health care. They capitalistically exploit the market with un-warranted profits given to them under the current International agreements. The new laws will be democratically ratified with a national referendum on these issues, the referendum will have both points of views on these issues and the people will decide which laws to ratify. The referendum should take place within 1-2 years after this constitution is enacted.The "Status Quo" should be retained until the referendum, as not to upset the economy too drastically during the initial transition to a socialistic constitution.
REFERENDUMS WILL BE PUT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR VOTE. Some politically controversial issues will be brought to the overall population to decide their validity. The two issues below will be decided by referendum votes, the public will be educated on both sides of each issue before the referendum vote.

Additional laws and regulations will be voted on for the continuing concept of social justice.These are the basic elements that a socialistic constitution would provide for all it's citizens. Private sector capitalism will flourish in many industries and companies. The constitution will ensure the socialistic rights and needs of the citizens and private sector capitalists. The capitalists will be regulated by limitations written into the constitution.Additional legislation and laws will also limit the ability of private sector capitalists to exploit and corrupt the intentions of our socialistic constitution.
