Comrades I just got hit by the biggest craving for lemon squares. You ever had these? Fantastic stuff. My mother used to make them. I need to learn how to bake.

I can make brownies and cakes, but not from scratch... only the pre-mixed powder stuff from the store. The only thing I can actually bake from scratch that comes out good is Apfelstrudel. It's quite difficult and takes a long time though.
