The Goo Goo Dolls are an American rock band formed in 1987 in Buffalo, New York. The current line-up is fronted by John Rzeznik on guitars and vocals, with Robby Takac on bass and Mike Malinin on percussion.
Since their formation, the band has sold nine million albums in the US alone, with 8 albums of critical acclaim and their latest effort, Something For the Rest of Us, released later this year.
