Yeah, gonna be up there this weekend for a political conference. Hopefully I'll get some time to look around as well. What should I see?

i hear theres a good place for picking up small fragments of stone and masonry. j/k.

Apparently you can visit the place that Trotsky worked in (http://www.marxists.org/archive/trotsky/1930/mylife/ch22.htm) when he lived in new york.

Do you realize how much there is to do in new york city? It would probably help to be more specific. Where are you staying, how long etc.

For food:

Try a banh mi bi here (http://www.yelp.com/biz/banh-mi-saigon-new-york). Excellent prices, just delicious.

Any falafel stand.

This taquería. (http://nycfoodguy.com/2008/03/17/pampano-taqueria-midtowns-best-pork-fish-tacos/)

Yeah, but I was hoping people had more than the basic (like the empire State build, etc). I'll be in a hotel on 27th street in between 5th and Madison. (Right across from the museum of sex,). Also don't have a lot of $ for the trip, so...cheap places to visit.

Is the MoMA free entry? The Tate Modern is, so if the MoMA isn't, :p,,|,
