2 day hangovers

Its my own fault for drinking way too much on new years eve and morning, but why after suffering yesterday, do i still feel rather bad today? OK, the headache is gone, and i dont feel so nauseas, but I still have pains in my stomach and dont feel to much like moving around.

Anyone else here suffering the same fate, or am I just getting old?

I drank a full bottle of southern comfort on new years eve and felt horendous, drink 2 raw eggs milk vanilla extract and protein shake mixed up, it makes the headache go in an hour or two.

Can't say I've never had a hangover for more than a day at most...usually I just drink milk.

Drink lots of water before you go to bed, and take vitamins -- especially the assortment of b vitamins. Last time I drank a whole bottle of wine I took a multi vitamin, and some b vitamins on top of that, and felt fine.
