Transnational Migrant Support Networks

I'm looking for examples of migrant support networks that operate on a transnational scale, that is actions in various countries, or people going to different countries or actions coordinated across different countries, you get the idea... Sort of like No Borders camps or groups that illegally get people across borders. Preferably in Europe but anywhere in the world would be good too.
