I was wondering if someone could explain to me how different Communist ideologies use the Party and Unions, during the revolution and after. I am especially interested in the internal structure of such means of organization, i would think in a party there would be a hierarchy, also "unions" now a day seems to also have a hierarchy. I like the idea of any sort of authority needs to justify itself, how do these parties and unions justify themselves? What is stopping the party and unions from becoming the new bourgeoisie?

Also what are the differences with Anarchist and Communist Unions?

Thanks for any info,

Well lots of left parties have internal hierarchies. The SWP and CPGB have central committees. Only a few try to keep hierarchy to a minimum.
