how do you import an external picture to go next to ur name?

make sure the picture or icon is about 50x50 pixels
if its not, resize it using photoshop
then go into your profile
scroll down to the bottom where it says Avatar
click "personal"
then go down a little where it says personal avatar
and then click browse and find your file

Nay, i resized mine at 112x96 or something close to that... as long as the file is under 30kb and in .GIF format, you're good.

Use a free imaging program like Irfanview or ACDsee.
