Well, I am 29 years old and living in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. My political views are left-wing in nature, but I do not subscribe to any particular ideology.

Reggaetrain,

I remember a long time ago, I went to the blood and fire board and you were there posting a load of articles and threads which were complaining and basically telling the truth about US foreign policy.

I thought it was great, to see someone politicising the board and shouting out the truth. I remember you saying you were not going to post anymore because you were on the recieving end of a lot of hostility. It's actually quite shocking to me that so many people over there support the war and things. You would think that listening to reggae would give them a bit of education. :) Even a standard Bob Marley biography will show examples of US imperialism.

Anyway, bloodandfire is a pretty good board, but I hate the layout, I'd like to see a format like this forum, there seems to be so few places to discuss reggae on the internet (which have a decent population), and none of my idiotic friends are able to comprehend the majesty of a Big Youth track. :wink:

I guess I've got a bit to much to say for myself. :biggrin:

The folks over on the Blood & Fire board are a strange bunch indeed. They seem to be rather confused about where they stand on certain issues, including the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Having said that, it's a really good place to discuss Reggae music - for which I have an undying devotion :)
