PFLP in the West Bank mark 42nd anniversary with demands to end the era of "negotiations"
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in the West Bank is holding a series of events marking the 42nd anniversary of the Front. The Progressive Student Action Front in Jenin held a mass rally at the Arab American University on Saturday, December 12, 2009, marking the anniversary with calls for national unity, steadfastness and resistance.

Cuban celebration salutes the 42nd anniversary of the PFLP
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine marked its 42nd anniversary with a political and cultural festival in Havana, Cuba, on December 12, 2009, attended by the ambassadors of Venezuela, Iran and Palestine, representatives of Nicaragua, Libya, Qatar and North Korea, as well as representatives of international liberation movements in Cuba.

Which liberation movements reside in Cuba? ETA? FARC?

Torches of the 42nd anniversary lit by the PFLP in Lebanon
Events are taking place throughout Lebanon marking the 42nd anniversary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. The PFLP organized buses of hundreds of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon to Maroun al-Ras on December 11, 2009, on the border between Lebanon and Palestine and a legendary site of resistance and steadfastness in the face of the Israeli war on Lebanon in July 2006, affirming that the compass of the PFLP points in only one direction - toward victory over the enemy and the occupier and toward return to Palestine.

PFLP military wing fires a barrage of rockets, marking 42nd anniversary
The Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, announced that it had fired a barrage of Sumoud rockets toward occupation settlements and military sites early morning Sunday, December 13, 2009.

Hamas vows to continue resistance

Ismail Haniya, the de facto Hamas prime minister in Gaza, has vowed to continue his movement's "resistance and struggle" against Israel, as Hamas marked its 22nd anniversary.

This is probably my favourite. It's a May Day poster promoting vanguardism.
