Why do so many pictures not turn out because of the crime of stealing bandwidth?

Have you tried right clicking and selecting "show picture"?
Otherwise it may be your settings.
Click tools, internet options then advanced and reset to default settings.
Thats all I can do to help, I never get that stealing bandwidth problem so it's a guess really.
