Excerpts from book:

Communism, a form of devilish collectivist mania which, consistently with all forms of mental aberration, knows no rest - going 'round and round in circles' (hence 'revolution') - cannot succeed on its own terms. From the outset of Lenin's World Revolution, therefore, the Comintern sought 'special' (secret) ways of undermining society - using a methodology taught by Lenin and elaborated later by the founder of the Italian Communist Party, Antonio Gramsci.

When Nikita Khrushchev was reported to have informed the West that "we will bury you," he was misquoted. What Khrushchev actually said was: "we will be present at your funeral." And, as anyone who has lost a family member, relative or loved one knows at first-hand, there have been many funerals since the drugs offensive began. The most shocking thing is that this book came out in 1999, not 1989 or 1979 or something where you could count it as Cold War scaremongering.

Although I love Tintin, the "Land of the Soviets" one makes me sad

What about the one where he's in the congo and the whole thing is hilariously racist?

The CACC is apparently still existing. But now they are mostly attacking anything even remniscent of something progressive.

Yeah looking back on some of the issues I own, it was pretty bad for that. But I grew up reading Tintin so it's got a lot of nostalgia value for me.

Oh aye. I only read a few of them so I'm not really nostalgic for them. Asterix on the other hand...

Asterix is the bee's knees! I remember as a kid going to the public library and clearing them out of all the Asterix and Tintin comics they had. I couldn't keep track of all the Asterix books though

Breaking Free is obv the best Tintin book (http://tintinrevolution.free.fr/pages/image001.html). As far as anti-Communist propaganda goes, this video is pretty lulzy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVh75ylAUXY), and a friend posted this on my facebook the other day:

These guys (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_League_for_Freedom_and_Democracy) also seem to be doing their part. Also here's the whole litany (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Anti-communist_organizations) of anti-commies. Interesting to see Solidarity, Tibetan government in exile share the podium with the likes of Ku Klux Klan and fascist scum. However that page does not listed the biggest anti-communist organizations: the liberal democratic states.

Also, the Jewish Defence league and the Antisemitic League of France.

the headquarters of the world anti communist movement is actually in Taiwan, not America.

So if any country is most anti communist it's Taiwan.
