And, as anyone who has lost a family member, relative or loved one knows at first-hand, there have been many funerals since the drugs offensive began.The most shocking thing is that this book came out in 1999, not 1989 or 1979 or something where you could count it as Cold War scaremongering.

Yeah looking back on some of the issues I own, it was pretty bad for that. But I grew up reading Tintin so it's got a lot of nostalgia value for me.

Asterix is the bee's knees! I remember as a kid going to the public library and clearing them out of all the Asterix and Tintin comics they had. I couldn't keep track of all the Asterix books though

Also here's the whole litany (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Anti-communist_organizations) of anti-commies. Interesting to see Solidarity, Tibetan government in exile share the podium with the likes of Ku Klux Klan and fascist scum. However that page does not listed the biggest anti-communist organizations: the liberal democratic states.

Also, the Jewish Defence league and the Antisemitic League of France.:lol:
