i dont mind them if the just act like a passport, once you have to present it to police on request then that becomes way too authoritarian for my liking.

The new German passports also store fingerprints in digital form. It's just another step to create the total surveillance over the people...

To my knowledge, these new ID cards do not seem to include blood-group, organ donor information or whether or not someone is diabetic- all things that might actually be useful and beneficial- potentially life-saving.
They do have biometric information and finger prints stored against them, they will then try to push for a DNA profile next.... BE SCARED!!!! :cool:
