I became a communist (anarcho-communist) after one could say a somewhat long (I started sometime around 16/17 and it somewhat ended at 18-19 when I got into actual leftism) transition of learning about society (books, videos, etc),experiences, and observations lead me to accept left politics.
Why? I don't know...at first I was wondering on ways to make "our society better". then I learned more about many issues and problems (e.g. globalization, it's negative effects, causes, etc) and realized that capitalism presented a problem. Afterwards, left politics just became a part of my perspective and I tend to see communism as a goal that is in my interests.

I come from a working class socialist tradition and picked up those ideas. I have memories of collectivist spirit in my head from a young age which naturally led me to accept socialist ideas myself, with encouragement from my family.

I took my first sociology course with a prof who was a Frankfurt-school Marxist.
After attending all his lectures, I decided that socialism/communism was the only way to solve the world's problems. I was pretty apolitical before that too... and I attributed it to the fact that reformist politics can never get anything done

30th November 2009, 23:09
You don't get it. Mothers don't deal with stalinist children, but the stalinist children "deal" with their mothers.
Personally, left-wing politics always ran in the family. I was always quite the radical leftist at heart, and it was only a matter of valid theories and maturity. I started to study communism after I got fed up with people telling me who to hate (communists). I just could not accept the fact that people who seek for equality could be so "evil". I later found out that it was the other way around, and that the "evil" ones were the nationalist hatebreeders.

i am become c after tech school. i was in class after katrina. i meet people that suffer from that in class. start amking me think more than just about me. not really start, but really make me concerned begin about other people how they suffer from this. i hate amerikkka since i was thirteen, but still played the me game and get rich want, and not care about other people, but i hate amerikkka and not fully understand what i was doing was no different. later in tech school i take class for linux, and got involved in linux community. i begin to imagine society run like this way and suggest this with someone who was more read than i. i never read marx, and he suggest i do so i read marx and i agreed with these. i was astonished, i thought c was ver bad like nazi, but was opposite. so i identified myself with communism, and develop beyond to maoism and eventualy third worldism. i even went to nola after and see this place first hand

Yes, some dubbed anime can out do Twilight in the lameness department. Ninja Scroll the TV series is a brilliant example of how a dub can make a bad thing worse (not to be confused with Ninja Scroll the movie). For example, one of the villains in this pile of shit was voiced in the squidward voice
