Mangere bridge is the rich part of mangere, so it's about normal compared to the rest of auckland.
I'm from south auckland and was actually working in mangere today. Great people there.

Once Were Warriors, I love that movie. My favorite scene is were the mother is telling the abusive husband he is still a slave, I think thats the most powerful moment in the movie.

Once were warriors was a great film.
Munkey soup. :Don't know if you know this there's a sequel, or part two more than a sequel, called 'What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted'.
It's very good, if you liked the slavery comment you'll enjoy this movie. It's about Jake he tries to break away and take control/ownership of his life. It also follows the repetitive cycle of his kids doing the same stuff.
