NATO and commies

Do you have good critics of NATO which are not pro-Soviet?
I do have that.

a) NATO is unnecessary. It's goal was to counterbalance the USSR, and it won.
b) Military intervention is unjustified unless mandated by the United Nations. An organisation like NATO exists as a way of unmandated violence and war.
c) NATO stimulates unfair intervention by the USA and it's allies.
d) It has become clear through the years that the NATO is dominated by the voice of the USA, while other voices are neglected.
