anyway, i just finished reading "che: images of a revolutionary" and i'd like to say that che truly was the ideal revolutionary.
he was extremely handsome in a rugged way and was educated, poetic, and eloquent. he was full of bravery and compassion. he was a rich boy sympathizing with the poor. and most of all, he realized that he couldn't bring around a revolution by treating everyone as they deserve to be. che knew was what i would call a realistic idealist, in the sense that he had a vision of what he wanted but knew the measures it would take to get there.
if i can say one negative thing about him, it's that he was a big player. i feel sorry for hilda and tita...
