Fascism Clock?

I don't know where to post this (perhaps you can move to the Anti-Fascist forums) but I wonder if anyone has a idea of a "Fascist Clock" similar to the Doomsday Clock (http://www.thebulletin.org/content/doomsday-clock/overview) which estimates/guesstimates how close societies are to Fascism?

Or maybe a "Fasco-meter"?

i guess you could say the fascism clock has gone back 5 minutes from say 45 til in the united states with the obama election. but has crept back with the rise of the teabaggers to 45 til.

i think its a bit chitchatty compared to the seriousness of anti-fascism.
