This is an animated short I found on Youtube, it's about a place called "Mouseland" where the Mice are the majority of the population but they vote in cats who pass laws for cats that hurt mice. Its narrated by Tommy Douglas who was the first leader of the Canadian NDP party and introduced free healthcare in 1962.
