Panda Tse Tung

Horrid people! As bad as Bakunin probably!

Mälli
18th November 2009, 20:46
Why?

Panda Tse Tung
18th November 2009, 20:50
Because Stalin killed 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 000000 zilljon trillion kaziljon villion people!

Mälli
18th November 2009, 20:54
Did he kill anyone personally?

Tyrlop
18th November 2009, 20:56
he killed like 250 million people, he was properly the baddest communist ever man, mao killed 600 million and hitler only killed 6 million, so thats okey.

Mälli

both mao and stalin did so much for tha world. there was no hunger or rights lolol. chitchat sucks

Panda Tse Tung
18th November 2009, 20:59
Yes, both Mao and Stalin killed them with their bare hands. They barely had time to do anything else in the mean-time. But they we're omnipresent. So they could do all that.

It's stupid and childish to make fun of victims of purges or hunger.
I don't think that you'll laugh if I came to your house and shoot your mother in the head in front of you.

It's not making fun of anything but the ridicolously high amounts of numbers being brought up by supposesed 'historians'.

Yes you would.

Have you guys ever noticed that you sound exactly like Nazi holocaust deniers? You say (and they say it about Hitler) "Well it actually wasn't that many and *insert despot* didn't actually kill that many of those who did die, it was other stuff *Insert what stuff*." It's really fucking annoying and pretty goddamn offensive to those who did die that you want to "balance the books". I agree that capitalist source like the Black book of Communism have bullshit figures, but whether it was x number of people vs y number of people is meaningless.

I'm still clueless as to what theoretical contributions Stalin made to Marxism-Leninism.

Tyrlop

well its the truth that only 1.7 million people died in the Gulags from 1933 to 1953.

I'm still clueless as to what theoretical contributions Stalin made to Marxism-Leninism.
He wrote a book duh, or some list. atleast he wrote

I've never seen a picture of Bakunin writing, it could be because he was so chaos minded.

No significant ones. Stalin was a Marxist-Leninist.

The only reason for numberfucking is cause it's used to make Communism look worse then Nazism.
Also it's much more then just about the numbers of course. There's additional historical nuance to it. It wasn't random killings, or shitloads of innocents or people who spoke out against Stalin would at all times be thrown in the gulag or something.

I have written something very critical... and I think I will save posting it for later. Think it over a bit, because it will surely evoke a shit storm.

Of course capitalist are going to try to make communism look bad, it kinda what they do. But how does debating numbers with propaganda books like The Black Book of Communism do anything to forward class struggle or validate your political beliefs? Your not going to convince any one that your ideology isn't all that bad as long as you hold Stalin up as your key figure. The man had no real theoretical contributions to my knowledge and still killed x number of people (whatever the value of that variable may be). Why is it that so called communist insist on playing the numbers game?

Only tankies call themselves stalinists. Most stalinists call themselves anti-revisionists and are more unified by what they are against than what they are for. They are against Trotsky and most changes of the communist ideology after 1953 or rather after 1968.

You could at least try to defend your sorry excuse for an 'ideology' with some iota of intelligence, but instead you choose utter shit such as this.

Oh, and Isn't kinda funny how the Left Communists, who have done close to nothing towards the end of revolution, have the gall to sit on their asses and criticize ANY leftist political trend? Ya see? I can play those cards too.

Not enough nazism there hugs.

Talking about Stalin is boring, I mean I can dig old school stuff but Stalin is dull.

No, "we" don't. We acknowledge these deaths happened under the USSR in Stalin's era, why they happened is a different matter.

It's about understanding history well, in order to learn from it.

No organisation i'm in does this.

The quote keeps changing i see, but it's a Red Alert quote not a real one ;).

I could, but this is chit-chat and I've done that plenty of times. Sometimes you just get sick of having too.
I however responded to The Doctor because he actually made decent points.

Discussing the numbers is "offensive" and "meaningless" at the same time? Interesting.

It's offensive to the victims because saying it was only "This many though" makes it seem like your trying to make it seem less terrible. It is meaningless from a preservative of someone trying to argue for Stalin. Saying you only killed 2 people instead of twenty make you no less a murderer.

The Left communist movement that has fought capitalism from Germany to Italy to France and beyond and constantly advocated international revolution, whilst their Stalinist "comrade" were busy set up petty state Capitalist regimes called and said FUCK YOU.
