That list is just the US banks.

Here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_acquired_or_bankrupt_banks_in_the_late_200 0s_financial_crisis) is a nice list which includes other failed banks.

Yes that's true, it would be nice to know exactly how many banks and other financial related businesses have actually gone bankrupt since the "global downturn" started and how much money in total has been lost through mismanagement.
