Okay, I have a question to ask, and a suggestion to make. (and I am not trolling.)
What do you people consider "Fascists" when you use that term, exactly?
Do you use it as a catch-all term to mean nazis/racists, anti-democratic capitalists (capitalist dictators), skinheads, etc?
Let us have a "thought experiment", shall we?
What if there was an individual who was opposed to both capitalism and communism, believed that a Corporatist Guild system was the most logical alternative to the false dichotomy of left and right, was a nationalist, believed in meritocracy, and believed in a strong state to keep order and uphold the culture of the nation?
Well guess what, that person would fall into the "Fascist" category, regardless of any additional beliefs.
He may or may not be a racist, he may or may not be a "homophobe", and he may or may not be a sexist.
Just like a capitalist can be racist, or "homophobic", or sexist. But you allow them to post, don't you? (Well, as long as they can discuss in a civilized manner of course, which is fully understandable.)
Assuming you know that Fascism doesn't always have to be racist and isn't necessarily Nazism, let's assume this person indeed was not a racist, or a homophobe, or a sexist, and could converse maturely.
Why would you not allow them to post here and debate maturely? At what point does holding those beliefs cross the line that simple capitalists or libertarians do not? I understand if that person was a racist, of course, but this is a non-racist Fascist we're talking about.
My suggestion is to narrow it down to "No Nazis or Racists".
And a valid argument is not what Fascists have done in the past. I'm sure you all know that Communists have murdered people in the name of communism plenty of times. But I know that's not "true" communism. Even if I disagree with Communism, I understand that it never happened the way it was supposed to (to be fair I just think Marxism can't work simply because Anarchy plus ANY collectivist economic system will not work due to no government to enforce it).
I know that Stalinists are not true Communists, but you allow them to post, and Stalin murdered more people than Hitler.
For all I know, you people probably guessed my political ideology, and for all I know you might just ban me without a good response. But if you are going to ban me without considering my suggestion, then at least give a valid reason why my suggestion and the points I made are rejected. Sound fair?
