Nov 7, 2009 - The Federation of Korean Trade Unions (larger but more moderate than the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions) holds a rally in Seoul against the anti-union tactics of the ruling regime.

South Koreans work the most hours per week than in any other "advanced" country. Also, demonstrations like these often end with police repression, someone was even beaten to death a couple years back.
