Sky news are celebrating the end of communism today, saying that the fall of the wall ended the nightmare of the democracy starved people in the East of Germany.
Because the west was great, bet its citizents loved following the American model.
How do marxists Treat the anniversary of the Berlin wall?
How do China feel at the collapse of the USSR.

The Berlin wall stood for 28 years, which I would guess is what they said on Sky News.

How do marxists Treat the anniversary of the Berlin wall?
I dunno, with indifference? Pretty much any study of the former 'Communist' states would show a decline in the standard of living, coupled with a rise of unsavoury political doctrines. On the other hand, it may also highlight the increased political space in which people can operate, and so on. But what approach should 'marxists' take? Well, if you have some kind of admiration for 'already existing socialism' then some kind of defence; but if you're interested in working class emancipation and the abolition of wage labour, then what happened 20 years ago is not that significant. It was 'regime change', not social revolution... and aside from highlighting the untruths of the capitalist media, I don't really see this as a pressing issue.

If they are so excited about walls, why not set their eyes on the Mexico-USA border? Or the Israeli walls?
