I need your help - my name says it all

As my name says I am an uneducated socailist and thats why I am here. I want to learn all I can about socialism.

Please help my quest for knowlage and don't get offended if I say anything stupid.

Well, just read all of the topics posted here, and also try looking for some good books to read on the subject.
If you are a patient and heavy reader, then go straight for das kapital, but not for those easily bored.
the communist manifesto might be a good place to start.
Also, you might try looking at history books in their chapters on the socialist movement, to give you a historical background.
What country are you from? you might want to find your local socialist party, and try and get some information from them in the way of pamphlets, or maybe organise a conversation with one of their members, so you can question them on all you need to know.

which part of the USA (not being nosy- just i have relations in NJ)? Some parts of the USA seem to b scenic- i'd love to go to the rockys and go right up in2 canada... ach... so much to do, so little time 2 do it ;)

If you stay here long enough, you'll learn and get some ideas. Then you'll have to change your name to EducatedSocialist. :)

Go to a local socialist group and they'll teach you. Or you could read some leftist magazines because they'll bring you up-to-date and give you ideas for researching.

I recommend reading the Red Book by Mao Zedong or El Hombre Y El Socialismo En Cuba by Che.
