Decided to post a new thread as this would be going off topic, but following on from mosfelds thread regarding Venezuela building 2000 homes in the Dominican republic.

Made me wonder how many the local authorities in the UK build.

Turns out in they have only built 2020 in the past 10 years :ohmy:

That means on average each LA (there is 434 of them) is building just one home every two years.

yeh theres a housing crisis over here, cos they arent building shit, used to be like 300,000 a year under old labour then thatcher stopped it
