I understand that your movement is based on a workers revolution and dosent believe in property, class and state etc.
I'm just not sure what your long term aims are. If there was a (successful) anarcho-syndicalist revolution what kind of society would be set up?

All anarcho-syndicalism is about, is class struggle through "anarchistically" influenced unions and syndicates.Unions & syndicates because they (we :blushing:) regard them as the best, most efficient and historically and materialistically guaranteed way of achieving major changes is society. Anarcho-influenced, because the natural tendency of such structures is to aim for reformist goals, and an anarchist influence would affect them to aim for revolutionary goals.
Most A-S's goal is communism, although i guess it would be compatible of collectivist societies to emerge from a revolutionary attempt of that type.

I think that you should read this: Anarcho-Syndicalism for dummies (http://www.revleft.com/vb/anarcho-syndicalism-dummies-t121236/index.html)
You'll find there the best explanation and systematisation what anarcho-syndicalism is.

Anarcho-syndicalism wants to create an organ with which the working class can build and fight for revolution. They want a union based upon direct democracy and militancy (direct action) which will act as a 'school of the revolution' - i.e. it will teach workers ideas of class identity, class solidarity, class conflict, etc.
Anarcho-Syndicalists want the revolutionary union to ultimately be an organ with which to overthrow capitalism through a general insurrection in which the working class will go out on a mass strike, and will also, using the structure of the union, organise militias, community organisations, etc. The union will be a shell from which to construct a new society - for example, the union can become a workers council operating on similar methods of cooperation and democracy.
Anarcho-syndicalists want to establish a classless, stateless society, as such they challenge the structures of capitlaism physically and politically, by adovcating structures of workers democracy in the workplace and community.
