Very short summary (it's late): It is a communist tendency which follows the theories of Mao Tse Tung. And yes, Maoists support the USSR under Stalin's leadership but after the Sino-Soviet split in the early 60s Mao declared that the USSR is lead by revisionists and is, in contrast to China no Marxist-Leninist state anymore.
