Ok this is what i said I decided to save you all clicking time and copy paste it.

I am not an immature child who knows nothing of Che. I have read many books on him and about the Cuban revolution, and Communism, including 2 of my favorite books, "Che" and "The Communist Manifesto"....(just to tell you Che is not a required person to know about in California schools. All the Americans hate em...*sob* why god why??)

Hey, welcome to the board.

I know exactly the kind of person that you are talking about that comes from California, I have the misfortune of being related to some of them! :(

Have no fear, there are plenty of like minded people here to talk with.

Indubitably, let me also add my welcome to this new younger (possibly youngest?) member of the community. I doubt you will find many 'ageist' attitudes here, for two reasons, the people here tend to be enlightened, and they also tend to by not too far from your age :) I am 17 for example...
And in my eyes, to see one so young as you so well read in communism is a heart-warming thing, it is very encouraging for the hopes and chances of the revolution...
do not let other's attitudes ever get you down, for in the end we will be victorious, and they shall be saved from their ignorance (or at least their descendants will be...) all i can say is battle on, and help others to understand wherever you can...

Hello, welcome. You may end up hating me because I'm an assistant teacher in a middle school, but I'm just barely ten years older than you and hopefully I'll be cooler than the staff at your school. (I feel really old now.)

Anyway, I think it's great that you're involved in politics at such a young age. When I was in middle school I was the world's biggest Jerzy Kosinski fan, and I was more into NORML than J26M, but I know what it's like to care about these things when you're not done growing yet. More people will care about politics when you get to high school and college. Some of them will really believe in what they're saying and devote serious amounts of time to good causes, others will refuse to eat meat (around their friends, at least) and will be activists-for-a-day. Eventually they will become rich businesspeople and vote for tax cuts.

Sorry, I was ranting there, but I think that the best and most genuine activists are often the ones who spent their whole lives being concerned about what's wrong with the world, especially when it wasn't cool. So I think it's great that you're here discussing things that are on your mind, and I wish you the best of luck in what seems to be a very promising future.

I think I Bow 4 Che could definitely be the youngest person here but I'm still not convinced that she's really 11.. No, I'm joking! When I was 11.. I surely was not interested in anything political. Anyway, welcome to the community! I hope you enjoy your "stay" here.. :)

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! You guys seem really nice am Im excited to learn new things about Che Guevara and yourselves.

El Commandante- Im sorry your reletives are typical Americans *rolls eyes*. But lucky for me my family understands where Im coming froma nd I have convinced my mom to read "Che" and now shes going to buy the book and said it was the most interestign book shes read in awhile.

Taj-thank you!

peaccenicked- Thank you too!

CommieBastard-Wow! Im glad i umm how'd you put it oh right "warmed your heart" no but seriously it also cheers up ym day to see kids of younger ages being informed of Che, good or bad it is still important to find out for themselves and not from propaganda. Thank yuo for those words of wisdom I will battle on and continue to fight against those who misunderstand the acts of Che. Oh and thank you for the welcome!

I Will Deny You- I will not end up hating you I am sure of it. Unlike some of the kids you probably teach i respect *some* authority. But I shall not see you as the disgusting ppl that stand in front of my class room and spit out stupid things about *edited* American History day after day, but as a friend on the message board. =) oh and dotn be sorry for ranting I love learning new things. Oh and goodluck to you to, and thanks for the welcome

La Rainbeaux- Wow youngest person here! What an honor! haha, Ill try not to feel belittled... and yes I am eleven! 12 in Aril but actually got into Che in the 5th grade when I saw a HUGE mural of him grafiti'd on a wall in LA, I began to ask questions and my brother had answers, then i read about him and the more and more I read and understood the more and more I continued to believe in this man and what he stood for. oh and about not being interested in anything political when you were 11 you match the opinions of everyone in my class. Theres nothign wrong with them, its the other way around, god im such a freak, Id rather read a book about Che then go to Disneyland =)

THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!

Thanks for the vote of sympathy I Bow 4 Che, luckily I only have to see them once a year, what a relief! I don't think I could ever get any of my American relatives to go near a book by che, they like their lifestyle too much.

No you weren't. I was beyond stupid when I was your age. In fact, I dodn't know shit about the state of the world until I was almost 17 (around the time when I first came to this board under my first sn, "El Che de Boca Jrs.").

wow, you're 11. You talk like you're older ;)

In all seriousness though, I think it happy that you joined at such a young age. I was marginally into politics when I was tweleve, but did not know much about Che or Communism as a different type of economy. I nearly joined this board about a year and a half ago, but my modem got broked. :(
