Anarchists don't advocate a stage of 'socialism', but they do beleive there will be a transitionary phase, i.e. a revolution, in which the task will be to fight against anything that restrains humanity and do away with it.

The transitionary phase in Anarchism will deal with these things. Anarchism will not be established overnight and there will be a 'stage of socialism' in Anarchism but it is what constitutes this stage which means Anarchism differs from Marxist theory. Marxism does not seek to do away with the centralisation of political authority immediately whereas Anarchism does.

Actually, I think the real difference is that the anarchists want to, in a doctrinaire fashion, impose decentralisation of political power on the proletariat. Marxists should be more flexible than this.

As for the OP, Marx and Engels emphasised that in order to revolutionise society, the workers simultaneously revolutionise themselves. As part of the process of coming to the decision that capitalism needs to be superseded, millions of working class people will need to reject those values which are part of the ideological reproduction of the domination of capital over them.

We cannot make a revolution and remain just the same after as we were before.

if we change economical and political life, we will change social life also. its necessary.
liberal capitalist society is advocating competition and selfishness. communist society will advocate solidarity. in post-revolution "stage" and trough revolution people will "learn" solidarity.
