What do people think the fundamental organization logic of a post-capitalist society should be?
My vote goes to efficiency, using the least amount of resources to produce the largest amount of benefit to society. Without this, I believe it would be vary hard to realize all of the social and economic programs that will be required for a healthy, vibrant egalitarian society.
I would think that Stalinists and other proponents of centralized planning would tend to agree with me.

societal orqanizational logics,i think a theoretical model of managerial careers is presented which links two organizational characteristics that is structure and growth to the pattern of managerial careers within an organization.
