Hello everyone! I'm from São Paulo, South America's largest city, where the contradictions of capitalism are deep and cruel.
I'm not even 18 yet, but already a political activist with a socialist heart. I consider myself a Trotskyist and believe there is no partial victory in the quest for global socialism: either we defeat imperialism and capitalism everywhere or we are doomed.

Hi everyone:
I joined last week. My name is Fabiola and I am 28 yrs. old originally from Managua, Nicaragua (Central America)
As a Latin American I see all too well what Che saw and believe I can carry on his message of helping those in need.
Even though my family were Somozistas, I really admired Sandino and Che. I believe things need to definetly change and I am not going to be one to stand aside and let things stay the way they are. Right now I am trying to get clothes over to the Afghan people. When I see the children crying for food, the empty looks in their eyes, I will do everything in my power to bring hope to these people.

I'm with CPK on this. I think it's truly wonderful, and I'm especially happy to see people from Central and South America here. Too often, boards are dominated by people from the USA.
