This is war propaganda, not bona fide anti fascism.

The caricature of Emperor Tojo is rather racist if anything.

Dr Seuss did have some good messages in his books as well as in his political cartoons. For example, The Lorax with it's anti-deforestation/pollution message, and in particular The Sneetches which was all about discrimination on the basis of appearance. I still have some of those books left over from my childhood.
