So the police take a little bit more interest in us than I assumed was currently the case.

If you keep getting harrassment (and you will to some extent) you know the best thing is to build solidarity, I mean that's what happens when the police have you on record like that no matter what it's for. ;)
For instance, people constantly being stopped and searched on an estate in Clapton revolted against the police by basically blockading the entrance to their council estate and told them to piss off, what could the idiots do really? They left.
What happened when Whitechapel Anarchist Group started distributing their neat little paper? The boys in blue told them to piss off off the streets of tower hamlets, getting pretty physical.
So they called in reinforcements and stood out the police harrassment: result? = the police stopped harrassing them, they now distribute their paper freely.

Fuck the police. "Harmless", sure .
What was it that right-wing lunatic said? Something about laws, there are so many laws, they can always catch you for something.
And, of course, it's true. You piss them off, and they take you down, even if you've done nothing wrong (legally or morally). I know, it's happened to me.
Anyway, this folks, is a reason to mask up, at even the minor of demonstrations.

I can't believe that people still nowadays are willing to accept such obvious signs of a police state. It's like they don't read their sci-fi! :thumbup1:
