Well..
Politically, obviously. It's an independent state recoqnized by the UN.
Economically, no. That's not possible, all economy is reliant on others to trade with.
Anti-Imperialist? Honestly, no. But, since they're most likely on the other end of imperialism, they've adopted an anti-imperialist image.
