Hello Comrades,
At present, I am at a job and during my off hours. I have thought about formulating something innovative and have come to a conclusion. By searching net, I have found data that can speak in favor of my thought. I now want to put it as a paper and want to publish it in some scientific magazine. But, at present I am away from the scientific research community, so I have doubt that whether I can able to write down the thought in the way that is necessary to make a publishable paper. My thought is about the field of energy, so persons, who are associated with this field, specially power generation engineering or physics, kindly help me to prepare my paper.

I don't mean to be presumptuous, but are you in/have you been to college or uni? If so, you should go back to some of your profs and ask them if they could possibly help you. Lots of professors have published papers and research, as well as have connections, so that might be a good place to look to.

The scenario in my country, India, is quite different from first world. The college, where I have studied, have some lecturers but none of them have published any paper during my study period. At least, I don't know one.
In my country, teaching in colleges or universities is like any other job. Very few of the lecturers, professors are interested in research here. There are other factors too, but I don't want to discuss that here, because that will make it lengthy.

If I was in WEST, perhaps I don't have to write this message.
