Hi I am going to write a paper for my class advocating the concept of worker cooperatives, does any one have any recommendations or websites that they can direct me to illuminate and underscore my argument

Interesting, though I'm not sure I really understand the argument. Surely working for yourself is better than working for someone else, even if market forces are still a factor.

Any workplace militancy is good in my eyes as, if nothing else, it at least make such radicalism/militancy commonplace and expected.

I'll definitely read more on the topic and maybe my opinion will change. Thanks for the links!

Discussion there is discussion between one guy from SolFed (anarcho-syndicalists) and guy who worte Anarchist FAQ.

Argument of SolFed comrade is that co-op's should be used as strategy like some anarchist use them. Our main goal is social revolution and destruction of capitalism and state not to build co-op's, which work is based on market laws.
Still, no one is against making of co-op's, and they could be product of class struggle, but there's nothing revolutionary in them. They could only be easier way for workers to live under capitalism.
