Let us now praise terror ---revolutionary terror. Notwithstanding all the calumnious commentaries offered by armchair revolutionaries and effete historians on the great French Revolutionaries "excesses" we now have the moral obligation to look at the issue of revolutionary violence with gravity and a sedate presence of mind.
