This is the thread where we are going to put names of talented prospects from our countries and later see if they had done anything with their careers. :)

Serbia:

1) Danijel Aleksic (Vojvodina)-18 years old, great attacker, creative, can play as attacking midfielder and attacker, Arsenal and Manchester City are after him
2) Adem Ljajic (Partizan)-18 years old, attacking midfielder, signed with Manchester United last year and will transfer there in January.
3)Neven Subotic(Borussia Dortmund)-20 years old, centre back, very strong. He was voted in Bundesliga's team of the season while being just 19 years old.

Obvious ones but Jack Wiltshire, Aaron Ramsey, both of Arsenal

Three Newcastle players should be noted as well.
One is already in the starting eleven and his name is Nile Ranger. He is 18 years old striker. Tall and strong, combined with being very fast, a good prospect,I'd say.
The second one is a young Slovenian called Haris Vuckic, who just turned 17. Press praise him as a fantastic prospect, but I haven't seen him play much in NUFC. Real Madrid and AC Milan were after him, but he chose to stay in Newcastle, where he can get a chance in the first team. He made his debut three weeks ago.
Third youngster is Tim Krul, the secong goalie. From what I've seen, I would place him between the posts before Steve Harper. He is 21, a very young age for a goalkeeper and he has done wonders when he played. They compare Krul with Van der Sar with a good reason.

Krul isn't exactly amazing yet, had a awful game not too long ago, can't remember who it was against off the top of my head tho. Potential is definately there seen as goalkeepers peak later in their careers.

Ranger is good, is he premiership standard though?

That's the question that can be adressed to all players who do well in Championship.
He's still 18, has a lot to improve, gain strength and expirience. What I don't like about this guy is that he has a "$" sign tattooed on his hand.
About Krul, you can't judge a player by a single game. I watched him play in three games, and he wasn't awful, not in a single one of them. In two games he was fucking magnificent, especially the time when he replaced Harper after clumsy Ameobi injured him.

Zdravko Kuzmanović, formerly of Fiorentina and now playing for Stuttgart.

Sebastian Giovinco, who plays for Juventus.

Both players are only 22, and I think they'll be big stars of the future.

Krul is quite talented, apparently. From what I've gathered, Newcastle want to hold onto him because of this, even if he doesn't have a first-team place. It's too bad. He should go to a European club where he is the first keeper, so he can get some more experience. Feyenoord could really use a guy like him, FC Twente's goalkeeper is getting too old, and PSV should be getting tired of the failure Andreas Isaksson by now. Of course, none of these clubs could pay "English" salaries, so a loan would be the best option.

What I don't like about this guy is that he has a "$" sign tattooed on his hand.

Seriously?

Ahh, my mistake. I thought you were talking about Krul. I was just thinking, he sounded quite down-to-earth and rational during a football program on TV the other day...

Walcott, Ramsay, Wilshere, Kieran Gibbs and Carlos Vela. Strange, other supporters seem to enjoy ripping Arsenal for lacking home grown talent, yet when you look at the best hopes for the future of English football they appear to be mainly arsenal players.

Jozy Altidore, a product of the legendary New York Red Bulls, is on loan to Hull City from Villarreal. At 19, he's a real talent, and he's playing well on the international level. Michael Bradley, 22, also a product of the same world-famous New York franchise, is with Borussia Moenchengladbach in the Bundesliga after playing for Heerenveen in the Netherlands. Those two are real bright spots in the future of American soccer (NJ in the house!).

I suspect that Liverpool fans will soon have cause to curse Lyon's Miralem Pjanić. Closer to home, I'd glad to see that Joe Mattock has finally made it into the PL
